THE FUTURE OF BRAMPTON COMMUNITY CENTRE

Brampton Community Association is holding a public meeting on Thursday 6 November at the Community Centre to explain its current position on the Centre's future.

Recently, the Association has commissioned a consultant to provide advice on the possible ways forward. Various options have arisen in the light of the offer being made for some of the Community Centre facilities to be included on the new Health and Care facility that is being planned for Brampton.

The Association's position is complicated, both because of the likely range of community facilities on the new site, and by the possible financial and management arrangements.

The Association will be seeking to explain its understanding of the current position and get some feedback prior to any further discussions about the new project.

The meeting starts at 7pm, and will be followed by the Association's AGM. The AGM is open to members of the Association, and membership is open to all residents of Brampton and the surrounding 16 rural parishes.
